Coordinating with a partner striking and defending in a choreographed sequence designed by our coaches. We recommend consistence and perseverance to BoxFit to learn the rhythm and boxing jargon like, Jab Cross Hook Slip Roll and others to get the full enjoyment.

We are getting serious in this class, applying the strength and agility of Boxfit to putting it together for combat. Hurt Locker coaches are trained to guide you through the transition.
