BoxFit

This is Hurt Lockers specialty class, guaranteed to leave you feeling like you have fought 10 rounds with the number one contender of the world. Coordinating with a partner striking and defending in a choreographed sequence designed by our coaches. We recommend consistence and perseverance to BoxFit to learn the rhythm and boxing jargon like, Jab Cross Hook Slip Roll and others to get the full enjoyment.


Tank Box

We are getting serious in this class, applying the strength and agility of Boxfit to putting it together for combat. Hurt Locker coaches are trained to guide you through the transition.


Lunch Box (BoxFit) 

Escape the workplace or home duties for a session at the Locker. We have customised Lunch Box to fit the needs of getting it done. Suited for all levels with Boxing and Strength combined.


Power HiiT

Combinations of Boxing and strength training at high intensity intervals.

In this class our coaches will help you improve your boxing skill in a challenging fitness environment. Suited for Beginners to Advanced levels of fitness.

Strength + Conditioning 

With our purpose designed conditioning room we can challenge all levels of fitness. Incorporating Strength movements and high intensity intervals we can create the perfect fighter


Foundation Boxing

Designed to assist the beginner in all foundations of boxing. As a seasoned boxer it can help with reminding you of the the movements needed in the ring.


 Youth box (11- 16)

For the more developed child either age or maturity, understanding their roles and responsibilities in the class. Creating the ability to construct combos and applying movements taught in the class to achieve tasks set from the coach. Strength and conditioning is also a component of the class. Our goal is to create confident free standing adults.
