RENAE WAUHOP - GYM MANAGER BOX FIT | WOMEN'S BOX FIT
Renae has competed studies in a mix of fighting and fitness genres including karate for nine years and boxing for four. She has fought in the Royal Queensbury Corporate Championship twice and is to this day undefeated. Renae has great interest in figure fitness after competing numerous times. Renae loves to incorporate weight training and toning for the full body into her boxing classes, leaving you feeling toned and terrific all over!

JOE CAPELINHA TANK BOXING | BOX FIT
Joe has a genuine passion and wide background knowledge of Boxing. He began as a teenager who had a natural talent and love for the Sport, whom then flourished to compete at an international level, becoming a well-known boxer for his time.
With 28 years experience, he has had many many accomplishments, including golden glove titles, state titles, represented Australia in world events, and coached with the WA Boxing association for four consecutive years. He has also played a major role in coaching and training the RQCC boxers, preparing them for the charity event. Joe's classes are specifically designed to teach the Art of Boxing. Whether you are a beginner or at an advanced level, Joe's classes will help to build confidence, develop technique, drop weight, and develop a natural love for the sport, leaving you wanting more.
GLEN AUSTIN TANK BOXING | BOX FIT
Glen is an active professional boxer and mixed martial artist, as well as a Level One boxing coach. Glen has been a boxing coach since 2010 and thoroughly enjoys the role.
What Glen finds most satisfying about training people is helping each individual accomplish several small goals along the way to one big goal at the end.
BRAD DAVIES TANK BOXING | BOX FIT | STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Brad has a background in Martial arts, Federal Police defensive tactics & is a weapons instructor, strength and conditioning coach. What Brad loves about being a trainer is witnessing the positive change in people when they realise their potential, and knowing that he has played a part in the process. Brad's classes focus on core strength & stability, creating dynamic functional physiques that not only look amazing but feel vital & ready for anything!
RENEE KENDALLBOXILATES
Renée has travelled the world experiencing various movement styles, her favourites have been Pilates, yoga, dance, boxing and high intensity personal training sessions. Working as a PT since 2005 and a Pilates Instructor since 2006, Renée now has over 3000 hours teaching experience.
Her Pilates and fitness classes are physically challenging but with her infectious positive energy, you are sure to leave your session feeling invigorated.
