HURT LOCKER HYBRID BOXING GYM

The Hurt Locker in Claremont welcomes everyone to come + experience the physical benefits of boxing. Our friendly + experienced team of trainers will ensure you achieve the fitness results that you are after, and have some fun on the way!
Everyone is encouraged to come down and join our boxing family, from youth, beginners to experienced boxers and at all levels of fitness.

JUNIOR BOX (6-10)
A fun environment for the kids to learn boxing skills to improve social behaviours and become stronger through games and challenging tasks. Activities will consist of boxing bag rounds, shuttle runs and body weighted resistance. This is an introductory to healthy habits and being comfortable in gyms.

YOUTH BOX (11- 16)
For the more developed child either age or maturity, understanding their roles and responsibilities in the class. Creating the ability to construct combos and applying movements taught in the class to achieve tasks set from the coach. Strength and conditioning is also a component of the class. Our goal is to create confident free standing adults.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

PARKING
Parking is available alongside the Hurt Locker building and behind. There is plenty of parking down Walter St. Please do not park in front of the Wallpaper Store bays or behind the Pet Store and their shed doors.

TOWELS
You must bring a towel with you or you can hire a laundered towel for a gold coin donation.

GLOVES
You will need your own gloves, we have high quality well priced gloves available at Hurt Locker. RIVAL stockist (By Boxing People, For the Boxing World).

FOOD & DRINK
Water + Powerade available to buy at Hurt Locker

PRIVATE TRAINING
Our coaches are also available for private sessions, you are welcome to ask about booking in some one-on-one sessions with our team at Hurt Locker.
